Renovation Technician
$18-22/Hr
Seeking highly-skilled renovation experts to join our CapEx team. Applicants should be knowledgeable in all aspects of mobile home renovation. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Flooring Installation
- Drywall repair/replacement
- Basic Electrical
- Plumbing
- Appliance installation
- Cabinetry Assembly and Installation
- Painting
- Skirting Repair and Replacement
General Community Maintenance
$15-$17/Hr
Our General Community Maintenance Technician will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and functionality of our properties.
- Perform routine property inspections to identify areas in need of attention
- Ensure the cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and outdoor spaces
- Handle landscaping duties, including mowing, weeding, and seasonal cleanups
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and supplies inventory
